Alberto has over seventeen years’ experience in the legal field and has been recognized for his leadership and tenacity. Mr. Lara counseled high profile clients on domestic and international foreign legal matters. He holds a Master’s in Tax Law and a L.L.M. in American legal studies from St. Mary’s School of Law. He is a passionate advocate for UTSA football and resides in San Antonio with his family.

PARALEGAL

Born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. Mr. Coy has extensive experience in general civil law, in private practice from 1982 to 1999. Now performs litigation support, legal research and legal writing. Peforms client intake and performs most of the legal research and writing, document preparation under the supervision offirm attorneys. Litigation support, drafting pleadings, preparing for depositions, legal research, preparing for trial and assisting at trial. Drafting contracts, especially related to commercial and residential real estate development, construction, sales and leasing transactions.

Has served as a Teacher’s Union Representative, construction contracts administrator, marketing director for a national security company, business manager. Has been on the faculty of the University of Texas at San Antonio, University of Incarnate Word, Palo Alto College and Northwest Vista College teaching writing, argument theory, public speaking and introduction to literature.

PROFESSIONAL TRANSLATOR BA

Erika is an English-Spanish-English translator for more than 15 years. 

She is an experienced translator with demonstrated history of working in the writing and editing industry. 

Ericka has a BA in Applied Linguistics with emphasis in Translation and a MA in Political Science from the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León (UANL). 

She is a Former advanced Grammar Teacher for the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education, former Coordinator of the Translation Department of the UANL, and freelance translator since 2007. 

Her translations had been recognized by UANL officials, National Council of la Raza, and school districts along San Antonio, Texas Area. 

Erika’s fields of expertise are education, politics, law, and science.
