PARALEGAL

Born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. Mr. Coy has extensive experience in general civil law, in private practice from 1982 to 1999. He now performs litigation support, legal research and legal writing. Peforms client intake and performs most of the legal research and writing, document preparation under the supervision of firm attorneys; drafts pleadings, preparing for depositions, legal research, preparation for trial and assisting at trial. Drafts contracts, especially related to commercial and residential real estate development, construction, sales and leasing transactions.
